2. Ticket Purchases
• Tickets for Winter Swimming World Cup Morocco 2025 are sold exclusively through Wanaut.
• Custos Events SARL is the sole organizer of the event and responsible for ticket sales terms.
3. Pricing and Payments
• Ticket prices are expressed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include all applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely via the Wanaut platform.
4. Refund and Transfer Policy
• Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by Custos Events SARL.
• Tickets are strictly non-transferable.
5. Event Cancellation or Postponement
• In the event of cancellation:
A full refund of the ticket price will be issued to all ticket holders.
Custos Events SARL will not reimburse other costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel, accommodation).
• In the event of postponement:
Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
If a participant cannot attend the new date, they may request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement.
6. Eligibility
• Participants must be at least 18 years old to compete in the event.
• Participants are responsible for verifying their physical fitness with a licensed medical professional before participating.
7. Medical Certificates
• For the 500m and 1000m races, participants must provide a medical certificate of fitness issued within the last 6 months.
• Failure to present this certificate will result in disqualification, and no ticket refund will be provided.
8. Liability
• Participation is undertaken at the participant’s own risk. Custos Events SARL and its partners assume no liability for:
• Personal injury or health issues arising during or after the event.
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Participants waive all claims against Custos Events SARL and its affiliates.
9. Force Majeure
• Custos Events SARL will not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
10. General Rules
• Participants must adhere to all event rules and safety guidelines provided by the organizer.
• Custos Events SARL reserves the right to remove any participant who fails to comply with these rules.
11. Photography and Marketing Rights
• By participating, attendees consent to the use of their images and participation data for promotional purposes related to future events.
12. Intellectual Property
• All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and videos, is the exclusive property of Custos Events SARL.
• Unauthorized use of the website’s content is strictly prohibited.
13. Privacy Policy

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Casablanca.
